How does Kachaw differ from other email forwarding services?

Kachaw provides detailed guidance to quickly set up your DNS records. We also allow users to send up to 100 emails per month using our SMTP server on the free plan, a feature not commonly offered by other forwarding services.

Setup and Usage

How do I set up my domain with Kachaw?

You will need to log in to your DNS host (e.g., GoDaddy, Name.com, Squarespace, Cloudflare) and add or modify MX and TXT DNS records. When you input your domain on Kachaw, we will guide you through the process with step-by-step instructions.

Are there any limitations on the domains I can use with Kachaw?

No, there are no limitations on the domains you can use with Kachaw. The only requirement is that you have access to the domain's DNS record hosting and can legally make changes to the DNS records.

What support does Kachaw offer?

Kachaw offers real-time chat support and step-by-step guides to help you set up your domain and provide assistance at any time during your use of the service.

Can I customize my SMTP username and password?

No, the usernames and passwords for SMTP are automatically generated by Kachaw and cannot be modified by users at this time.

Security and Privacy

What security features does Kachaw offer?

Kachaw uses industry-standard TLS encryption to protect your email data. Additionally, we do not store any of your emails or information; we simply transfer emails either by forwarding them or sending them out.

How does Kachaw handle spam?

Kachaw provides basic spam filtering but leaves most of these decisions to the email client you are using.

Plans and Usage Limits

What happens if I exceed 100 emails per month?

If you exceed 100 emails per month, you will receive an email notification that you have reached your limit. No further emails will be sent or received by that domain until you upgrade to a paid plan.

What paid plans does Kachaw offer?

Kachaw currently offers two paid plans: one for professionals and one for enterprises. These plans offer increased email limits and additional features tailored to your needs.

What happens if I don't upgrade to a paid plan after exceeding the 100 email limit?

If you do not upgrade to a paid plan after exceeding the 100 email limit, you will not be able to send or receive emails for that domain for the rest of the month. Your email limit will reset at the beginning of the next month.
